I have a Mac book Pro with Office 365 University and I have already spoken to technical support regarding this issue. When I'm using Word, I need to use the text effect 'fill' for college homework and I need to use a specific named 'fill'. So when I click on the white A with the teal border in the font ribbon, the drop box opens with all the different text effects you can use.

All of the A's at the top of the box are the 'fill' effects, but when you scroll over them usually if you hold it there for a second it will tell you the exact name of the effect, but the 'fill' option does not. All of the options below, such as shadow, reflection, etc if you roll over them they give the names.
