I have a Mac book Pro with Office 365 University and I have already spoken to technical support regarding this issue. All of the A's at the top of the box are the 'fill' effects, but when you scroll over them usually if you hold it there for a second it will tell you the exact name of the effect, but the 'fill' option does not. All of the options below, such as shadow, reflection, etc if you roll over them they give the names.
